What we did…
Rich and Keri Kolb contacted us because they need to move their website from their existing host to a new host. We talked through just moving the site over (which was dated) compared to making some updates and tweaks to the site to increase traffic and get more leads.
We implemented an SEO strategy that has been highly successful, netting a number 1 spot for Ankeny Custom Homes young several other targeted keywords. We also regularly update the site with new homes for sale and may add MLS integration down the road for Kolb.
