ABOUT THIS SITE

A reference, not a journey.

This site exists for one reason: to put accurate, current information about the carnivore way of eating in one place — instead of scattered across hundreds of hours of video and dozens of books.

Free. No email required. Not medical advice.

WHAT THIS SITE IS

A consolidated, plain-language reference.

Good information about carnivore eating exists. The problem is finding it. The foundations are explained well by a handful of practitioners and researchers — but you have to dig through fifty hours of video, half a dozen books, and a thicket of paid programs to assemble a working picture.

This site does the assembly. The 30-day starter protocol is here. The reasoning behind it is here. The most common practitioner guidance is here. The questions that come up first are here. One page each, plain language, no upsell.

It's a living document — updated as new studies, practitioner guidance, and field experience emerge. Where the carnivore community has consensus, that's reflected. Where there's open disagreement, that's flagged honestly rather than papered over.

What you'll find here

  • The MethodThe strict BBB&E 30-day protocol — the most common starting point.
  • ResourcesThe free starter guide (PPTX), curated practitioner videos, and the FAQ.
  • AboutWhat this site is, who maintains it, and how it stays current.

WHAT THIS SITE IS NOT

No brand. No coaching. No paywall.

A few things this site explicitly is not:

Not a personal blog

The maintainer's story is not the subject. The information is.

Not a coaching offer

There is nothing to sign up for, nothing to buy, and no funnel waiting at the end.

Not monetized

No ads, no affiliate links, no email gate on the free guide.

HOW THIS STAYS CURRENT

Treated as a living document.

The carnivore field is moving. New peer-reviewed work, longer-term field reports, and updated practitioner guidance appear regularly. When the consensus shifts, the pages here are revised — not added to as a "version 2" post. The aim is for the page you land on today to reflect the current best read of the field, not a snapshot from two years ago.

When there is genuine disagreement among credible practitioners — for instance on dairy, organ meats, or fasting protocols — the page flags the disagreement rather than picking a side. The strict 30-day starter (The Method) is the one consensus position the site fully endorses, because it is the lowest-variable place to begin and the disagreement only starts on day 31.

A NOTE

Not a doctor. Not a food expert.

The site is maintained by Boyd Tiffin. He is explicitly not a licensed medical, nutrition, or food-science professional and does not present himself as one. His commitment is to keep the information current as new studies, practitioner guidance, and field experience emerge — and to flag the boundary between consensus and open disagreement clearly.

Anything actionable on this site should be checked against a qualified medical professional first. The disclaimer in the footer is not a formality — it is the operating principle of the site.
